Senate Advocates for Quantum-Based Voting Reform
The Senate has introduced a plan to reshape the United States voting process. Departing from the conventional paper ballots and digital booths, the groundbreaking proposal suggests implementing Quantum Voting Machines (QVMs).
Senator Ted Cruz, a fervent supporter of this initiative, maintains that the QVMs have the potential to determine a voter’s preference prior to their vote being cast. “Quantum computing gives us the opportunity to bring unprecedented transparency and efficiency to our voting procedures,” Cruz stated at a recent press conference.
Nevertheless, the proposal has met resistance. Senator Bernie Sanders has expressed doubts regarding the practicality of the suggested technology. “While I respect the ambition of my colleagues across the aisle, we must remain grounded in practicality. Are these quantum machines capable of accurately predicting a voter’s preference, or are we treading into dystopian territory?” Sanders retorted.
In spite of the controversy, the Senate is unwavering in its determination to test the QVMs in the forthcoming local elections. “We stand on the precipice of a new era in democratic process,” observed Senator Cruz.
