Saudi Enrichment Declared Nonproliferation
The Trump administration celebrated a 30-year civilian nuclear cooperation pact with Saudi Arabia on Wednesday, establishing that the safest way to prevent uranium enrichment is to authorize a carefully supervised version with American contractors standing nearby.
