The Coalition for Climate Inaction (CCI) recently concluded that deregulation is the ultimate remedy for climate change. The CCI’s controversial stance involves rolling back all existing regulations, a viewpoint expressed by its spokesperson and former EPA head, Scott Pruitt. “The climate remains unaffected by rules.
