Obama’s Birth Certificate Continuing Controversy

Obama’s Birth Certificate: A Continuing Controversy

Former President Barack Obama’s birth certificate has once again made headlines. This time, however, it’s not about where he was born, but when.

According to a recent statement by conspiracy theorist and radio host, Alex Jones, “Obama’s birth certificate clearly shows he was born in 1961, but the hospital listed on the certificate wasn’t built until 1963. This is a clear case of time travel, folks.”

While the claim is as outlandish as it sounds, it has nonetheless sparked a wave of online debates and memes, with some internet users jokingly referring to Obama as “Time Lord Obama.”

However, the hospital in question, Kapiolani Maternity & Gynecological Hospital, has been quick to refute Jones’ claim. In a statement released yesterday, the hospital clarified, “Our hospital was indeed established in 1963, but it was a merger of two existing hospitals, one of which, Kauikeolani Children’s Hospital, has been in operation since 1909.”

Former President Obama, known for his cool demeanor, has yet to comment on this latest birth certificate controversy. However, his former Vice President, Joe Biden, now President, couldn’t resist a chuckle when asked about it during a press conference. “Barack Obama, a time traveler? Well, I always knew he was ahead of his time, but this is something else,” he quipped.
